Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in line with the company's growth plans.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify suitable candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with external talent partners to expand the talent pool.
  • Implement performance-based compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.


Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with Jobiak's values and mission.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances promptly and fairly.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Performance Management and Development:

  • Establish and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Offer opportunities for professional development, such as mentorship programs, workshops, and conferences.


HR Process Automation and Management:

  • Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage HR data and analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement HR metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.


Desired Candidature:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • A passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
